Luke was referred to Catapult Employment Services for assistance in finding work. He impressed them with his empathy and ability to relate to people and was offered a position as a trainee Employment Consultant. Since then he has won the New Zealand Disability Support Network’s 2015 award for Excellence in Supported Employment Practice.
